SWEET MEAT

... and a quest to cook food better than I had tasted before. A lot of trial and error occurred but eventually we found a sweet spot, in which we found Sweet Meat. Since the first cook and as a family, we have competed in several contests and fared well. Our quest doesn't end, yet continues to evolve with the best BBQ we can make.
